Welcome to Seasons Therapy

I am so glad you are here.

About me

I am a life long learner. My life experiences and graduate work in psychotherapy and art therapy allow me to be a compassionate and an informed practitioner. I understand how life can deliver unexpected curve balls. I also recognize the tremendous courage it takes to seek change and to accept support. It’s an honour for me  to accompany individuals towards wellbeing as they navigate life’s challenges.

Why  I became  a  psychotherapist

I came to the profession of Art Psychotherapy after a 20-year career as a second language teacher . I enjoy working with children, teens and adults and have supported hundred of clients on line as a crisis responder .

On a personal level, I experienced the healing power of art on my journey through trauma, grief and loss. These experiences formed my deep desire to support others in difficult times. To fulfill my passion for helping others live their best life I pursued graduate studies in Edmonton, Alberta and obtained a Masters of Psychotherapy and Spirituality with Art Therapy Specialization. In 2023,  I became a Certified Grief Educator after completing  a comprehensive training with  grief expert David Kessler .
